What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient natural system of healing that comforts, relieves pain
and promotes relaxation by tapping into the universal force. The living body
radiates warmth and energy. This is the life force itself. In Japan the
energy is termed Ki
During training, the person who is attuned as a Reiki practitioner has their
body energy channels opened and cleared of obstructions by these Reiki
attunements. They will then not only receive an increase in the life energy
or Ki for their own healing, but will also be connected to the source of all
universal Ki (Reiki).
Reiki is being used in hospitals, cancer treatment centers, veterinary
clinics and zoos, and has been found to be effective in:
• Reducing physical pain
• Drastically reducing fearfulness
• Facilitating healing in pre and postoperative procedures
• Reducing aggression in animals
• Creating emotional balance in animals and people.
During this workshop you will receive:
• A brief account of the history of Reiki
• Instruction on the Reiki hand positions for people
• Level I & II attunements
• Practice time for receiving and giving healings to workshop participants
• Practice time for healing animals
• A system of communication that will allow you to safely give healings to
animals
• Certification as a level I & II Reiki practitioner
Cost: $32O.00 for this two day workshop
(includes $20.00 manual)
