Puppy classes offered by a number of organizations can be good for obedience work but you should wait until all vaccines are administered. So, get a jump on welcoming your puppy into the family and creating a nurturing environment by working with Judith one-on-one immediately after your newest family member is introduced-this early period is vital in getting off to a good start with your puppy. Judith will provide you with an excellent foundation to create an environment in which your puppy and your family will thrive— In Judith Levy’s 360° Happy Puppy, Happy Home™ consultations, Judith will cover up to 10 elements for ensuring puppy happiness and for the development of a well- adjusted, respectful dog.

These include: housetraining, product selection, puppy biting, basic obedience, socialization to dogs, socialization to humans, socialization to the environment, establishing leadership, chew-toy training and nutrition. Judith will customize the program to fit your individual needs.

1	Initial call to determine next steps-please call Peace of Mind and Judith will promptly get back to you.	X
2	Delivery of detailed questionnaire to client; In order for Judith to properly review the situation and determine which program components you need to focus on. Client must return questionnaire within 72 hours of scheduling appointment*.	X
3	Judith begins initial screening of your Puppy Program needs so she can create a preliminary plan based on your responses on questionnaire	X
4	In-home Puppy evaluation to complete the “needs assessment” process.	X
5	Customized Judith Levy 360° Happy Puppy Program to create better management and to address components of program that will help you with your Puppy	X
6	Written outline of program components and your instructions will be provided at your consultation with Judith	X
7	2 weeks of follow-up phone support beginning after in-home consult if you require assistance implementing the Judith Levy 360° Happy Puppy Happy Home Program	X
8	One 30 ml vial of Nelson Bach Flower Essences® customized to support the resolution of your puppy’s new to life issues. (optional)	X
9	Follow-up with Judith via phone 1- 2 weeks post initial in-home or phone consult.	X

Please note that your completing the questionnaire in detail is a critical component in addressing your pet’s needs. If you do not return your questionnaire within 72 hours to provide Judith with ample time to review your situation, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
